Join us at the waterfront in Norfolk for the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners annual conference! The planning committee is reviewing presentation proposals on a variety of topics to enhance practice and patient care, with special emphasis on personal and professional wellness. Check this page often for updates as planning and communication continues to unfold. 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION & AGENDA: Registration for the conference will open in mid-December, and the agenda will be posted one it is finalized. It will be posted in the navigation above and updated as changes are made.  

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: The reservation link will be sent in your confirmation email after you have registered for the conference.  

HOTEL CANCELLATIONS: If you find you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Christy Jenkins at Christy.jenkins@easterassociates.com so we can use that room for someone on our waitlist. Your colleagues will appreciate this! 

HOTEL WAIT LIST: If you are unable to reserve a room in the VCNP room block and would like to be added to the wait list, email Christy Jenkins at Christy.jenkins@easterassociates.com. While we can make no guarantees, we will make every effort to assist you.
