Wendy received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2019 from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. She is a 1992 graduate of the Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and completed a family nurse practitioner post-master's program in 1995. She is an adult and family nurse practitioner and the owner of two, nurse practitioner owned and operated clinics within New Hampshire named: Wright & Associates Family Healthcare. Her family practices have won numerous awards, including Top Providers in New Hampshire 2018, Top 20 Fastest Growing Family Business, and Top 20 Women-Owned Business in New Hampshire. In addition, she is the Owner of Partners in Healthcare Education, a medical education company. She is the Past President of NPACE and the Senior lecturer for Fitzgerald Health Education Associates.

She is the recipient of numerous awards and was chosen by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as the 1999 recipient of the New Hampshire State Excellence Award. In addition, she received the 2009 NH Nurse Practitioner of the Year and the 2014 Top 5 Women in New Hampshire Business Award. In 2005, she was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; in October 2014, a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing, and in March 2017, a Fellow into the National Academies of Practice.

She is the founder of the NH Chamber of Entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners, an organization designed to assist nurse practitioners with independent practice issues. In addition to full-time clinical practice, she presents nationally to different audiences and has been a speaker at over 1000 conferences in 47 states. She is the nurse practitioner representative to the State of NH Immunization Advisory Board. She has been a medical media spokesperson for numerous companies and has appeared on radio, television, and in print magazines. Wendy is frequently consulted by malpractice attorneys around the area of clinical practice and has worked on more than 100 malpractice cases involving nurses and nurse practitioners.

Mark Johnson, PharmD, BCPS

Dr. Johnson is Professor and Vice Chair of Pharmacy Practice and Director of Postgraduate Education at the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy, Shenandoah University. He practices in internal medicine and infectious diseases at Winchester Medical Center. His teaching and research include infectious diseases, spirituality in healthcare, pharmacy postgraduate education. He gives New Drug Updates several times a year locally and within the state. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy and completed residency training at VCU Health System.

• She has worked for 44 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women's Health and more recently Health and Fitness.
• She is Senior Faculty w/ Advanced Practice Education Associates (APEA) Lafayette, LA
• In 2015, Dr. Secor earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (RMUoHP) in Provo, Utah.
• And is now serving on Board of Trustees at Rocky Mountain University (RMUoHP).
• She is a Fellow in BOTH the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Academy of Nursing (AAN).
• She has rec'd several awards (for her contributions to the NP profession) including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Massachusetts Coalition of NPs (MCNP)
• And in 2019 she received the Outstanding Alumnae Award from Rocky Mountain University.
• After losing weight and becoming healthy during her DNP, a year later in 2016, she was in her 1st body building competition, making her "Debut at Age 62” and in 2018 she placed 2nd in her fourth competition.

Margaret Hadro Venzke, DNP, FNP-BC

Margaret (Maggie) Hadro Venzke, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC received a BSN from the University of Virginia, a MSN/FNP degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (MCV) and her DNP from The George Washington University. She has taught for over 20 years in graduate adult and family nurse practitioner programs. She has practiced as a nurse practitioner in a variety of clinical settings including college health, public health and adult/geriatric settings. She currently practices in a nurse practitioner managed travel clinic, which provides immunizations and pre-travel health consultation for adults and children traveling abroad.
Dr. Venzke's academic interests are in creating innovative on-line curriculum and simulation in graduate nursing education and developing opportunities for inter professional collaborative practice. Her clinical/research interests are on the topics of vaccines in primary care, strategies to address patient vaccine refusal and infectious disease management. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and the National Organizations of Nurse Practitioner Faculties (NONPF).

Rhonda Arthur, DNP, CNM, WHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CNE

Rhonda Arthur DNP, CNM, WHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CNE completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Case Western Reserve University. She completed her certifications in Nurse Midwifery, Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner at the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing.

Rhonda has worked in rural primary care and is currently serving in rural and underserved community members through the New River Health District Health Department. Rhonda is an active volunteer and has worked with Midwives for Haiti, JP HRO in Haiti, Apple Ridge Farm - Helping Children grow program, as well as the Virginia Medical Reserve team. Dr. Arthur has taught at Frontier Nursing University for twelve years.

Dr. Arthur has published in several textbooks. She has presented at professional conferences both on the state and national level about precepting clinical students and problem-solving. Rhonda precepts medical students and residents at the Virginia Department of Health. In addition to teaching at FNU and her clinical job, Rhonda teaches pelvic exams to Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine medical students in Blacksburg Virginia.

Tonya Nicholson is a Certified Nurse-Midwife and a Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner. She is the Associate Dean of Midwifery and Women's Health at Frontier Nursing University and practices part time in full scope practice in Dublin, GA. She earned her midwifery at Frontier, her MSN from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland OH) and completed her doctoral studies at Frontier Nursing University. Dr. Shelly Smith is a DNP prepared adult health nurse practitioner who currently serves as the DNP Program Director for Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Nursing. Dr. Smith earned her BSN and DNP degrees from the University of Virginian and her MS from Virginia Commonwealth University. She was recently selected as fellow for the Leadership in Academic Nursing Program by the American Association of the Colleges of Nursing. In 2014, she assumed a full time faculty position with VCU after 13 years of clinical practice. Dr. Smith continues to practice in a clinical capacity with Bon Secours serving as a preceptor to nurse practitioner students and as a member of Bon Secours high risk patient management team. Her most recent publications focus on innovative care delivery models, specifically shared medical appointments while her most recent presentation focused on the transition of a DNP prepared clinician from practice to academia. Her teaching focuses on systems leadership and advanced practice roles. Dr. Smith provided expert testimony on behalf of the VCNP in the 2016 General Assembly Session regarding full practice authority legislation.
